Course: The meet will be held on the campus of Nicollet Junior High and Sky Oaks Elementary.  This will be a three-loop course with flats as well as some challenging hills.  The course is very spectator friendly with majority of the race visible from a single vantage point.  Both runs take place on grass except for one 30-meter section of pavement.   Course map will be available on race day.

Concessions:  A concession stand will be set up. A variety of items will be served. 

T-Shirts: T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, and Sweatshirts will be available to purchase for $15 - $32.

Parking:  Enter the large parking lot on 134th street.  Bus parking is available by the tennis courts.  Do not park at the elementary school as they will need to get their students on buses and out of the parking lot.

Rest Rooms:  Port-a-potties will be available in the southeast parking lot (near tennis courts) PLEASE NOTE: The bathrooms in the building must only be used as a last resort. 

 

All teams will receive a trash bag in their welcoming packet----please ensure your team camp is clean before leaving the area. 

 

Entries:  This year the meet is being timed by Gopher State Events (www.gopherstateevents.com).  Please send an email to bob.schneider@gopherstateevents.com with your school name and the gender(s) that you coach at least two weeks prior to the meet to ensure that your team is in the system and they have your correct email address on file.  They will send complete instructions to all coaches approximately two weeks before the meet.

*Varsity Races will be run simultaneously with the girls getting a 3:05 head start.  Girls and boys will finish in the same chute.  Races will be scored combined and by gender. 

As a backup system, tell all varsity girls they will need to grab a popsicle stick with a red number and varsity boys will need one with a blue number. 

Please return the numbers in provided envelope to the finish area after the varsity race.
